Construction Manager

About This Role

Leading construction teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently with craftsmanship are the core responsibilities of this Construction Manager role. This position suits a results-driven leader who thrives on teamwork and accountability, taking pride in managing multiple projects and keeping operations running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple rebuild and restoration projects
• Plan and organize schedules
• Assign crews
• Keep every phase of work moving with precision and purpose
• Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Supervisors to align priorities, solve challenges, and keep timelines on track
• Visit job sites and review progress
• Make quick decisions that keep quality high and work flowing
• Lead by example, motivating teams to take pride in their work and maintain the highest standards of safety and performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction or restoration experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, and safety requirements
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
• Skilled communicator with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve high-quality results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
• Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract
