Construction Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Address and resolve site issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Prepare progress reports and other required project documentation.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of project activities.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
