Location: Balsic, Hermosa, Bataan

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) – highly required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project site management.
Preferably residing in Hermosa, Bataan or nearby areas.
Willing to attend the final interview in Taguig City.
Willing to be assigned in Hermosa, Bataan.
Can start ASAP.

Job Description:

Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
Address and resolve site issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
Prepare progress reports and other required project documentation.
Ensure timely and efficient completion of project activities.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
