About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Construction Management Lead - U.S. Clinics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will lead end-to-end construction execution for a national portfolio of clinical facilities, with a focus on new builds and renovations. The position is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with healthcare regulations and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to support efficient clinic openings and strong operational outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction project execution for U.S. clinics, including new developments and renovations.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, complying with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee general contractors and external vendors to maintain high-quality execution across projects.
- Drive competitive turnaround times for clinic openings to enhance speed to market.
- Identify risks and remove bottlenecks to optimize project timelines.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget variance and ROI, to ensure cost management.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to align construction delivery with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in contractor management, project scheduling, and cost control.
- Deep understanding of healthcare construction standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
