Construction Design and Management Project Manager

About This Role

This project management role involves overseeing construction design and management activities, from initial building searches to final delivery. The position suits a candidate with experience in all-trades construction projects and tertiary fit-outs, who can manage projects from €50K to €1M.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of tertiary development programs and plans
• Handle technical and administrative preparation of construction sites, update plans, and produce/monitor site reports
• Supervise and lead the team assigned to the operation, ensuring compliance with commitments in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Represent the company on site and act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders
• Ensure administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring and control (budget compliance) of operations

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 education (equivalent to Associate's to Master's degree)
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management across secondary trades
• Experience in all-trades construction projects and tertiary fit-outs
• Knowledge of safety installations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to monitor indicators and dashboards
• English proficiency allowing written and oral communication
