Confirmed IT Project Manager

This IT Project Manager role involves leading ambitious projects for clients, from understanding their needs to deployment and ongoing communication. Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and transcribe business needs
• Define resource load plans and project retro-planning, coordinating task prioritization throughout project phases
• Develop and update project documentation (functional specifications, technical standards, budget, deadlines, acceptance test plan)
• Ensure the proper conduct of the project from its functional and technical design to its deployment (monitoring deadlines vs. delivery quality, coordination of internal and external processes, budget monitoring, reporting, and indicators)
• Identify and estimate project risks, propose and coordinate associated preventive and corrective actions
• Ensure continuous communication with various stakeholders
• Guarantee the quality of user relations, support and mobilize project teams by coordinating the deployment, training, and appropriation of solutions
• Inform the client of developments through operational reporting and the animation of strategic and steering committees
• Contribute to the evolution of the solution by maintaining continuous monitoring

Requirements

• Engineering school degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
• Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a project manager in the IT field
• Managerial skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Proficiency in the V-cycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban primarily)
• Fluent communication in English, both oral and written (you will work with project teams based abroad)
• A technical background is highly appreciated
