Conference Server/ Bartender, Full Time

The hourly wage rate for this position is $22. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and professional Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for guest service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment.

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail. This role requires someone who can work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with the broader hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and beverage service; coffee/barista experience is an asset.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a polished, professional attitude.
• Demonstrate initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Be reliable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Remain flexible and support different units or operational areas as required.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and service standards.
