Conviva Senior Primary Care
The Concierge 1 greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility, and area to patients, families, and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. This role involves performing basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support tasks. The Concierge 1 welcomes patients to the Center warmly, takes patient information, and manages the waiting list. Additionally, they clean and organize the waiting area and restrooms, ensuring a positive overall experience for patients as they leave. They also provide assistance and directions and may offer tours.
