About This Role
As a Concierge, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every farewell is just as warm. Your friendly, confident, and professional approach will help ensure every guest feels relaxed, valued, and eager to return.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage
- Provide courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide brief information about hotel and spa facilities
- Assist with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, and taxi requests
- Keep public areas tidy and replenished throughout the day
- Coordinate with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Assist on reception duties when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services

Important Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days including weekends and public holidays
- Estimated Start Date: 29 December 2026
