Concierge

About This Role

An outgoing, customer service-focused individual who enjoys making a difference in people's lives will thrive in this concierge role. The Concierge is a key member of the property management team, providing superior customer service and possessing detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures. They perform essential functions related to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the provision of all services at the front desk of the luxury residential building
• Promptly answer phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures
• Warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors
• Ensure that all visitors have been properly registered
• Adhere to emergency key procedures, manage key insurance policy, and control keyboard
• Provide and coordinate resident services including but not limited to: package handling, dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and courtesy calls
• Perform additional tasks and clerical duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality role
• Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision
• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED, College education preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with regulations for accepting packages containing alcohol
• Ability to lift and carry packages over 25 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:30-11pm
