This role involves making computer science interesting, practical, and easy to understand for school students through hands-on activities, coding exercises, projects, and real-world applications. Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science and Programming concepts to school students
- Conduct engaging, interactive, and activity-based computer science classes
- Teach students programming through practical exercises and projects
- Explain programming concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner
- Guide students in developing their own coding projects
- Conduct coding activities, challenges, and technology workshops
- Help students develop computational thinking and problem-solving skills
- Introduce students to emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, App Development, and Automation
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and project-based learning content
- Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Assist students during school-level technology exhibitions, competitions, and innovation programs
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
- Good programming and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students
- Passion for teaching and technology
- Good classroom management skills
- Patient, energetic, and student-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to conduct practical/project-based learning sessions
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Python, C / C++, Java, HTML / CSS / JavaScript, Scratch / Block-based Programming, Basic Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning fundamentals, App Development, Database fundamentals, Computer Networks, Programming Fundamentals, Computational Thinking
