Compliance Support Specialist (GxP Training) | Basel | 12-Month Contract
Are you experienced in GMP training, compliance, and quality support within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry? We are looking for a Compliance Support Specialist to join a leading global pharmaceutical company in Basel and support GxP training initiatives across technical operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of local and global GxP training initiatives
- Identify training requirements and contribute to the implementation of training concepts
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
- Assist in the planning and organisation of training sessions
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support the training strategy and ensure compliance
- Collaborate closely with training organisations across the business
- Provide support for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS)
- Contribute to ongoing projects within the Technical Compliance department
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training or degree within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industry
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in training administration, quality assurance, compliance, or related functions in a regulated environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System (mandatory)
- Extensive experience working in GMP-regulated environments
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and reliably
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Advanced German (written and spoken) is essential
- Good English skills are advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
