Compliance Officer

About This Role

Maintaining quality and security standards across Hellios Asia Pacific is the core of this part-time compliance officer role, including preparing for and attaining third-party certifications like ISO 9001. The role reports to the Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve quality management standards across Hellios
• Work closely with Hellios' Group Quality Manager to carry out incident and non-conformance coordination, customer feedback and complaint management, internal audit support, quality training delivery, and management system documentation review and maintenance for the Asia Pacific region
• Support monthly and quarterly quality performance reporting, as required
• Localised 'horizon scanning' relevant to Quality
• Contribute to and support organisational improvement projects as required
• Maintain and continuously improve security policies and plans to ensure DISP and continued ISO 27001 compliance, in line with the Group management system
• Monitor relevant regulatory and standards changes related to security and advise their implications on the business
• Work closely with Hellios Chief Security Officer to support DISP annual reporting and ongoing maintenance
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and internal teams to ensure a first-class support experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity standards and practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with operating teams and as part of a matrix structure
• Self-starter and ability to work on your initiative is important when dealing with issues
• Bachelor

Nice to have:

• Good understanding of ISO9001 & ISO27001
• Security Clearance preferred
