About the role
Join a rapidly growing international business supporting operations across Europe and the USA. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Compliance Director, providing key administrative and operational support across compliance, corporate governance, entity management and business expansion activities.
You'll play a central role in maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions, liaising with external advisers, authorities and internal stakeholders, while helping support the company's continued growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in compliance, legal administration, business administration, finance or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different countries
- Experience working in a multi-jurisdictional or international environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of corporate governance, company administration, compliance or employment law is desirable
- Construction, engineering or infrastructure sector experience is beneficial but not essential
