Compliance Analyst

About This Role

Supporting the delivery of external assurance reports and certifications across Data & Analytics, Post Trade, and Capital Markets is the primary focus of this role. The Compliance Analyst will coordinate audit activity, manage stakeholder engagement, track evidence requests, and support the successful completion of SOC and ISO audits. This position suits a highly organised and detail-oriented assurance professional.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001 audits and certifications
• Coordinate audit activities across internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Track audit requests, evidence submissions, and due dates, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required
• Review audit evidence for quality and completeness before submission
• Communicate audit findings and support stakeholders in the remediation of issues and control gaps
• Provide regular status reporting on audit progress, risks, and next steps
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to assurance and certification

Requirements

• Experience in Technology Risk, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related controls/governance role
• Good understanding of assurance and certification frameworks including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 9001
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing reports and audit evidence
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience working in a large, global and hybrid organisation

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC
