This role supports people in overcoming significant barriers to accessing and sustaining accommodation in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. As a Complex Caseworker, you will manage a caseload of clients, providing intensive, relationship-based support to build trust, overcome barriers, and achieve positive outcomes within a new regional service focused on trauma-informed support.

The service works with around 80 people experiencing multiple disadvantage and rough sleeping, aiming to reduce rough sleeping through specialist casework and multi-disciplinary case reviews.
