Role:
Complex Care Flex RN, providing high-acuity patient care across specialized units such as transplant, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and complex medical-surgical cases.
Responsibilities:
Float across elite units to stabilize and support vulnerable patient populations, manage complex cases, and deliver top-quality care while maintaining clinical excellence and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Active RN license, 1-2 years hospital experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a desire for clinical variety and growth. BSN preferred.
