Competitive Intelligence (Monee)

Job Description

• Conduct competitive intelligence (CI) research and analyses across market, product, competitor, and regulatory developments to generate actionable insights for management and business teams.
• Prepare recurring CI deliverables, including monthly market updates, news monitoring, and macroeconomic analyses to support business decision-making.
• Support strategic and ad-hoc CI projects, including quarterly analyses, feature benchmarking, product comparisons, and other business research requests.
• Collaborate with senior CI team members on competitive analyses, feature benchmarking, and other strategic initiatives.
• Proactively communicate progress, clarify requirements, and align ideas with team members to ensure shared understanding and high-quality deliverables.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to strengthen analyses, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve team outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0 - 2 years of experience (including internships) in Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Business Analysis, Research, Finance, Consulting, or other analytical roles
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
• High attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with formulas and data analysis is preferred
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, summarize findings, proactively align with teammates, and contribute to brainstorming discussions
• Self-driven, intellectually curious, and resourceful, with a willingness to learn independently, leverage AI and digital tools, and seek guidance proactively when appropriate
