Street Samaritans
This full-time role is a critical member of Street Samaritans' street outreach division, responsible for conducting outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness in Chicago and providing case management services to support them in securing and maintaining stable housing. The specialist will obtain Housing Resource Specialist (HRS) credentials and actively conduct Coordinated Entry (CE) assessments, managing a caseload ratio of 20:1.
