About This Role
This part-time role involves introducing Warm Hearts Care to local referral sources and connecting families with private-pay services. The representative will build relationships and conduct consistent follow-up, making it ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and supporting seniors and their families.
Responsibilities
- Visit senior communities, rehabilitation facilities, hospital discharge departments, senior centers, and other potential referral partners
- Introduce Warm Hearts Care and explain services, service area, and private-pay rates using approved materials
- Deliver brochures, business cards, and rate sheets
- Build relationships with social workers, discharge planners, care managers, and community professionals
- Arrange introductory meetings and client assessment appointments for management
- Follow up with contacts by telephone, email, and scheduled visits
- Attend approved networking and community events
- Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, follow-up dates, and referral opportunities
- Submit a weekly activity report and communicate inquiries promptly
- Protect client privacy and represent the company professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Comfortable introducing services in person and following up consistently
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
- Reliable transportation for local visits
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance if driving for work
- Ability to use email, a smartphone, and basic spreadsheets or contact-management tools
- 3 years of elder care experience
- 3 years of B2B sales experience
- 4 years of caregiving experience
- Day Shift availability
- Willingness to travel: 100%

Important Details
- Schedule: Approximately 12 hours per week, generally two weekdays; schedule agreed upon with management
- Initial performance review will take place after 30 days
