About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. This unique position goes beyond traditional retail, acting as a trusted expert for customers, helping them discover the perfect products for their wellness goals, while also acting as a connector who builds relationships with local businesses and individuals. Responsibilities
- Educate and guide customers: Greet customers with warmth and expertise, answer their questions, provide personalized recommendations, and create a welcoming, educational environment.
- Build local partnerships: Actively seek out and build relationships with aligned businesses and wellness professionals in the community, looking for opportunities to collaborate on events, workshops, and cross-promotional efforts.
- Host community events: Help plan and execute in-store events that bring people together, from educational sessions to pop-ups with local vendors.
- Maintain store excellence: Ensure the retail space is always clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented.
- Provide feedback: Share customer insights and feedback with the team to help continually improve products and services.
Requirements
- A natural connector: You love meeting new people and have a talent for building authentic, lasting relationships.
- Experience in a customer-facing role: You have a proven track record in a retail or hospitality position where you provided expert guidance and excellent service.
- Knowledge of the wellness industry: You have a genuine passion for holistic well-being and a solid understanding of how plant-based products can support a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent communication skills: You can clearly and confidently explain product details and benefits in a way that is easy for anyone to understand.
- Self-motivated & organized: You are proactive and can manage both your daily responsibilities and your community-building initiatives effectively.
