This Member Engagement Manager role focuses on creating and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming, and highly engaged online membership community. You will oversee the day-to-day member experience, develop engagement strategies, facilitate meaningful connections, and create opportunities for members to celebrate milestones and learn from one another. The position combines relationship building, content planning, community programming, and data-driven engagement strategies, working closely with Client Experience, Marketing, and Financial Advisory teams.
