Communications Specialist

About This Role

This role involves developing and executing internal and external communications to elevate Radiology Partners' mission, values, practice principles, culture, and brand. The specialist will partner with senior leaders, radiologists, and internal stakeholders to create timely, accurate, and audience-focused communications across various platforms. The position also includes establishing communication processes, templates, guidelines, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communications that elevate Radiology Partners' mission, values, practice principles, culture, and brand
• Partner with senior leaders, radiologists, and internal stakeholders to develop timely, accurate, and audience-focused communications
• Create, edit, and enhance communications across email, intranet, text, presentations, meetings, newsletters, and digital platforms
• Establish communication processes, templates, guidelines, and best practices
• Support communication planning, change management, and distribution
• Manage stakeholder communications, practice calendars, newsletters, targeted audience lists, and external content
• Support broader Marketing & Communications initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant communications experience
• Demonstrated written, verbal, storytelling, and content development skills
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and adjust to changing business needs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to establish effective communication processes and workflows
