We're supporting a major confidential Group Functions Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced Communications Lead to drive engagement across a large-scale transformation involving organisational change, operating model redesign, and cutting-edge Agentic AI ways of working.
You'll own the communications strategy, shape compelling transformation narratives, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure key programme decisions and milestones land effectively across the business.

✅ Ability to simplify complex change and technology concepts
