Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting financial and insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual consultations, presenting product options, and guiding clients through the application and enrollment process. The associate will manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Qualifications

- Willingness to complete any required licensing or certifications (such as insurance producer licenses), with support from the company.
