Responsibilities

• Bring structure, leadership, and accountability to every job site
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship
• Monitor progress and conduct inspections
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and adjusters to resolve challenges and keep communication clear
• Take ownership of sites, ensuring quality work, well-documented progress, and a culture of safety and teamwork
• Lead by example and problem-solve in real time to deliver successful projects and build long-term client trust

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial construction or restoration experience with a strong background in site supervision or field management
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of commercial building codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirements
• Proven ability to organize, schedule, and direct multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management software and mobile applications
• Ability to obtain provincial asbestos certification required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
• Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
• Ability to travel for extended periods for CAT assignments
