About the role
Role Purpose
As Commercial Sales Advisor in this dynamic team, you will be required to provide Commercial Insurance advice. The successful candidates will be required to complete Commercial product training and be found competent.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- RE (regulatory exams) compulsory
- At least 2 years sales experience, knowledge, and insight preferably within a Commercial Sales (specific to short-term insurance) advice giving role.
- Must have an excellent sales track record.
- Attitude/passion towards service excellence
- Clear disciplinary record
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities The Commercial Sales Advisor Team of Momentum STI will primarily be responsible for converting leads/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
- Monthly premium written.
- Net conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Quality target
- Cancellation ratio
