About the role
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of new construction projects and a supportive team culture.
What You'll Do
- Oversee commercial roofing projects (mainly new builds)
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Coordinate field teams and ensure quality and safety
- Handle change orders, submittals, and client communication

- Proven experience in commercial roofing project management
- New build experience preferred (schools, warehouses, offices)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
