Commercial Real Estate Agent

About This Role

This role is for an experienced salesperson ready to transition into commercial real estate investment sales, offering the opportunity to build and own a personal book of business. As an agent, you will represent buyers and sellers of investment properties and guide deals from the initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outreach, cold calls, and relationship building
• Prospect and research market data and industry trends
• Attend networking and industry events
• Advise clients on real estate investment strategies
• Present marketing proposals and negotiate listings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of building relationships
• Motivated, driven, and ready to build something of your own
• Coachable and open to training in a new industry
• Strong communicator who can open doors and earn trust
• Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required for the initial interview)
