Responsibilities
- Develop commercial and partnership strategies, annual work plans, KPIs, and budgets.
- Achieve commercial revenue, branding, and area occupancy targets.
- Build and expand B2B networks and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate with prospective partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and collaboration partners.
- Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop team members.
