Secure power Commercial operation
Topline (Orders & Sales) Management
- Manage Orders, Sales, Forecasting, and business landing processes.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial performance reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Analyze gaps between plan, forecast, and actual performance and support action tracking.
- Consolidate and matin SIOP and RF topline data.
Financial Performance Management
- Partner with Finance Business Partners to monitor topline performance, gross margin trends, and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze revenue and margin impacts, identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance and support business decision-making.
- Support margin improvement initiatives through commercial reviews, pricing validation, and cost optimization activities.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Drive pipeline governance and bFO discipline through regular opportunity reviews, data quality monitoring, and sales follow-up activities.
- Monitor pipeline health and provide performance insights to support forecasting accuracy and sales effectiveness.
- Support Annual Marketing Review (AMR) and Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP) activities through data analysis and reporting.
Reporting & Commercial Governance
- Manage C&SP pipeline and backlog reporting to support forecasting and RF reviews.
- Develop and deliver executive level business reviews (XBR(month, quarter)), providing visibility into business performance, risk, opportunities, and key management action.
- Prepare Zone, Country, and management reports.
- Support cross-functional reporting requirements across Commercial Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and business insights to support commercial decision-making and business performance improvement.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, business evidence and process compliance reviews.
SIP (Sales Incentive Program) Management
- Support annual target setting aligned with business strategy and commercial objectives.
- Track quarterly performance and monitor achievement against targets.
- Coordinate with SCO on SIP administration and performance measurement.
Business Process & System Support
- Create and maintain product/material master data in SAP. (TP, Material status, etc)
- Manage list price updates through PFX.
- Support monthly product forecasting and planning activities.
- Act as a key business partner across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support effective business execution.
Order Management
- Coordinate customer order booking through CCC and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely order execution.
- Monitor global order backlog and delivery status, coordinating with factories, logistics providers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery commitments and successful shipment execution.
- Review customer credit limits and support order release approvals to minimize operational and financial risks.
- Manage payment collection activities, including receivable monitoring and collection voucher processing to improve cash flow.
Project Operations & Cost Control
- Support project execution through project order booking and project master data management in SAP.
- Track project cost forecasts and revenue realization, providing visibility into project financial performance and execution risks.
- Identify and monitor cost optimization opportunities to improve project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support project cost recognition and financial governance processes, including PM hour allocation and Apollo approval workflows.
(External) English Qualifications:
Qualification Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in Operations or a related function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, order intake, forecast, pipeline, and target achievement data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, bFO, SAP, BI or equivalent business tool is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy, documentation, and follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, CCC, Finance, and regional stakeholders if required.
