Commercial Office and Sales Analysis Assistant

About This Role

This role is for a Commercial Office and Sales Analysis Assistant who will support the Commercial Department by preparing reports, monitoring stores and customers, and processing orders. The position suits a candidate with strong analytical skills and experience in sales data interpretation, especially within the fashion/apparel sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Department in preparing analysis reports, monitoring stores, and monitoring customers
• Process store requirements and provide analytical support in collection selection
• Collect and enter orders
• Support the Commercial Department in preparing and processing economic data, operational data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for activities
• Manage merchandise and present collections

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably gained in structured companies in the fashion/apparel sector
• Excellent ability to analyze and interpret sales data and main commercial KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and main analysis and reporting tools
• Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and their application to commercial data analysis, processing, and interpretation processes
• Ability to use AI to optimize reporting activities, sales analysis, trend identification, and support decision-making processes
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Precision, autonomy, and ability to work in collaboration with the Commercial Department
