A highly regarded litigation firm is confidentially seeking a Litigation Associate with 1–5 years of experience to join its sophisticated commercial litigation practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking substantive litigation experience, a reasonable billable requirement and the opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys who are committed to mentorship, training and long-term professional development .
The Opportunity
The associate will work on complex commercial litigation matters and gain meaningful exposure to cases from inception through resolution. The firm offers a collaborative environment where associates are encouraged to develop their litigation skills, take on increasing responsibility and receive hands-on mentorship from experienced attorneys.

Qualifications
- 1–5 years of litigation experience
- California Bar admission
- Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
- Commercial or complex civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong interest in developing as a litigator and taking on increasing responsibility
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

• Active admission to the California Bar and good standing to practice law in the state.
• 1-5 years of experience handling complex litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Demonstrated background in civil litigation, including drafting motions, briefing, and managing discovery.
• Ability to take ownership of substantive litigation tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to present arguments clearly and effectively.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
• Commitment to producing high-quality legal work in a deadline-driven setting.
