- Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
- Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Deliver training for Operational employees and Head Office employee
- Design and make the training/syllabus/curriculum program
- On-field training or observation
- Evaluate until/on Level 3 (behavior)
- Develop Talent Employee
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Education, Psychology/related major.
- Experienced at least 2 years as a Trainer
- Preferably has experience in Gadget/ Electronic/ Accesories
- Ready to go mobile to do training.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
- Fluent in English.
- Communicative, High-Initiative, Reliable.
- Able to work in a Fast-Paced Industry.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
