Hendrick Automotive Group is one of the largest automotive retail groups in the country, and we're actively expanding our Fleet, Government, and Commercial Sales Division. This is a chance to join a growing team with real resources, deep inventory access, and uncapped income potential.
Commercial fleet sales means selling vehicles in volume to organizations that need them to run their operations, not individual buyers shopping for one car. Think delivery vans for a logistics company, trucks for a construction firm, sedans for a rental agency, or patrol vehicles for a city government. These deals involve procurement processes, contracts, and repeat business rather than a single transaction, which is what makes relationships and consultative selling so central to the role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fleet and government sales serving commercial businesses, municipalities, public agencies, and contracted accounts
- Building long-term relationships with fleet managers, business owners, procurement teams, and government decision-makers
- Outside sales, meeting customers where they do business instead of sitting behind a desk
- Managing a high-volume pipeline while delivering a consultative sales experience
- Leveraging Hendrick's nationwide inventory and dealership network to offer solutions competitors can't match
