Collision Estimator

About This Role

The Collision Estimator serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, from vehicle drop-off to delivery. This role involves preparing estimates, partnering with insurance companies, and coordinating with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle
• Prepare estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines
• Partner with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
• Successful completion of background check required

Nice to have:

• Prior collision estimating experience
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1
• I-CAR / ASE certification
• Strong organizational skills
