Responsibilities

• Researching invoices and discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and resolve issues promptly
• Managing vendor relationships to maintain clear and effective communication channels
• Handling high volume collections with professionalism and persistence to ensure timely payments
• Performing various other accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the company
• Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all financial transactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in collections or a similar accounting role is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
