About the role
💼 Collection Executive (12-Month Contract Renewable)
📍 Location: Mid Valley (Work in Office) LRT Abdullah Hukum
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekend work may apply based on operational needs)
💰 Salary Package:
- Fix Basic: RM2,400
- Fixed Allowance: RM100
- Performance Incentive: Up to RM2,500 monthly!
- Eligible for OT + Callback Allowance
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to customers to discuss overdue accounts and develop personalized repayment plans.
- Make outbound calls to encourage timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed collection targets while complying with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on repayment queries and updates.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Open to Fresh Graduates. Prior experience in debt collection or call center roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.
- Calm under pressure with great problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa.
