💼 Job Responsibilities:
- 👥 Lead & Inspire the Team
- Supervise and motivate team members during daily operations.
- Assign tasks and ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Coach and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure effective communication during shift handovers.
- ☕ Deliver Excellent Customer Experience
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support frontline operations during busy periods.
- 🍩 Maintain Store Standards
- Ensure food & beverage quality meets company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure the outlet is well-presented at all times.
- 💰 Cash & Inventory Management
- Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures.
- Perform cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- 📈 Drive Store Performance
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
- Identify operational improvements and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or Retail operations
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Possess a valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Injection Certificate (advantageous)
