About the role

How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Onboard Brand Experience The Product & Brand Experience Co-Op will support teams responsible for designing, delivering, and continually improving experiences for Delta customers and employees. Working across various moments of the travel journey, co-ops may contribute to research, problem solving, project planning, storytelling, communications, and cross-functional initiatives that help shape products and experiences aligned to Delta's brand and customer expectations. Co-Ops will have the opportunity to support one of the following teams:

Designs and delivers onboard products and amenities that enhance the customer journey and bring the Delta brand to life. The team leads the development of experiences such as bedding, amenity kits, and other onboard offerings that create consistency, comfort, and moments of delight.

Onboard Dining Experience Designs and manages Delta's onboard food and beverage experience. The team drives culinary innovation, product strategy, quality standards, and operational execution to deliver a memorable dining experience at every stage of the journey.

Uniform Brand Experience Oversees the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Delta's frontline employee uniforms. The team partners with suppliers, operational stakeholders, and employee groups to deliver high-quality products that support both brand and employee needs.

Service Excellence Designs and evolves customer experiences across key travel journey touchpoints. The team develops service standards, communications, learning programs, and operational processes that help ensure a consistent and elevated Delta experience.

Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity: Engagement & Optimization Leads customer engagement strategies across Delta Sync Wi-Fi and Delta Sync Seatback. The team develops content, offers, partnerships, analytics, and personalization strategies that increase customer engagement and support business performance.

Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity: Delta Sync Seatback Shapes the future of Delta's seatback entertainment experience. The team develops product strategies, conducts research and testing, and manages enhancements that deliver innovative onboard entertainment experiences.

Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity: Wi-Fi Manages Delta's onboard Wi-Fi products from strategy and innovation through implementation and performance optimization. The team works closely with technology partners and uses customer insights and analytics to continuously improve the connectivity experience.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management, Design, Communications, Journalism/Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field within a four-year degree program.
  • Experience with research, data analysis, presentation development, project coordination, and/or communications through coursework, student organizations, internships, or other relevant experiences.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative team player who embraces continuous improvement and enjoys solving problems with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with SharePoint and OneDrive is preferred.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about customer and employee experiences and a passion for improving products, services, and processes.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and embrace new challenges.
  • Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, perspectives, and working styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) CO-OP PROGRAM OUTLINE Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time employment opportunity upon graduation. This program is designed to provide meaningful educational and professional experience that prepares students for future career opportunities. This position requires participation in three alternating full-time work rotations. Co-ops may not be enrolled in courses, either online or in-person, while actively working during a rotation. Participation in the program may extend graduation timelines by one to two semesters.

We Are Seeking Co-ops For The Following Rotation Schedule

  • 1st Rotation: Spring 2027
  • 2nd Rotation: Fall 2027
  • 3rd Rotation: Summer 2028

Upon completion of the program, students will have gained approximately one year of professional experience and exposure to customer and employee experience-focused teams across Delta's Marketing & Product organization.
