Functieoverzicht Bij Flowserve in Etten-Leur ga jij mooie dingen maken! Je werkt aan hoogwaardige producten, kleine seriegroottes in roestvast staal en exotische materialen zoals titanium en superduplex. Je bent een vakman of vakvrouw die zich net zo goed thuis voelt achter een conventionele machine als achter een CNC-machine.
Tijdens jouw dienst ben je druk met het in- en afstellen van jouw machine en produceren en ( na ) meten van jouw werkstukken. Je gebruikt en interpreteert precisiemeetapparatuur / - instrumenten zoals micrometers, meetklokken en dieptemeters om jouw werk te controleren. Je produceert allerlei verschillende precisie onderdelen op meerdere machines.
Jouw rol
- Conventioneel en /of CNC draaien en frezen
- Zelfstandig aan het werk maar je schiet collega’s te hulp waar nodig
- Precisiemeetapparatuur gebruiken
- Nauwkeurig producten bewerken en altijd letten op jouw veiligheid en die van een ander
- Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud
Jouw profiel Netjes en veilig werken staat bij jou voorop. Je vindt het leuk om vooral te werken aan kleine series. Met collega’s in een team werken vind je prima maar zelfstandig je eigen werkstukken maken is toch wel het fijnst. Je voldoet ook aan de volgende punten:
- Je hebt ervaring met conventioneel en /of CNC draaien en frezen
- Je spreekt Nederlands en /of Engels
- Je hebt kennis van metaaleigenschappen
- In staat om tekeningen en meetkundige toleranties te lezen en te interpreteren
Wij bieden Een goed ingerichte en strak georganiseerde werkplaats. Op onze locatie in Etten-Leur draai je mee in een 3-ploegendienst en krijg je volop de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen of scherp te houden. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn er bij Flowserve volop. Vorig jaar werd 30% van alle vacatures intern vervuld binnen het bedrijf. Ontwikkelen naar leidinggevende of op den duur je pad verleggen kan ook, bijvoorbeeld naar werkvoorbereiding, engineering of een ander soort functie.

- Een vaste aanstelling voor een 3-ploegenfunctie met bijbehorende toeslag
