CNC Machinist

Regal Rexnord Marengo, is currently hiring a CNC Machinist for our 1st shift on our production team.

Pay Range: $19 - $22 per hour

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm (Monday thru Friday)

As a CNC Machinist at Regal Rexnord you will be responsible for the set-up, calibration, and operation of CNC machinery to produce precision and components according to specifications. This entry-level position requires basic knowledge of CNC operations and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Essential Functions:

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in setting up machines and preparing materials for production.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of CNC machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to use precision measuring devices.
• Good reading and comprehension.
• The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs);
• Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants.
• Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.
