Qualifications for the Role:
- Possess at least two years of hands-on experience in manual or CNC machining, including setup or programming, or hold a degree in machine tool technology.
- Proficiency with FANUC or Mazatrol control systems, as well as MasterCam or similar programming software, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to operate 3-axis milling machines or lathes is preferred.
- Help ensure consistent production by performing routine machine troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Experience working with mold, tool and die, thermoforming, or thin-gauge plastics (ranging from 0.007 to 0.120 inches) is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of CNC operations, including machine setup, ongoing maintenance, and daily production. Success in this role requires strong shop math proficiency, such as performing metric conversions and calculating optimal feeds and speeds for various materials. You must be adept at reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances to ensure all parts meet strict surface finish and tolerance specifications. Additionally, you will contribute to operational efficiency by diagnosing mechanical issues and utilizing basic computer skills for file management.
