Dagia Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Cnc Laser Machine Operator with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This professional plays a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of laser-cut components by setting up, calibrating, and operating CNC laser machines efficiently. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with designing, contributing to the preparation and optimization of cutting paths and manufacturing plans. The role requires meticulous quality control inspection skills to verify the accuracy of the final products against specifications. The operator also actively participates in troubleshooting machine issues and performs routine maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust CNC machines and laser cutting equipment to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality.
- Interpret CAD/CAM drawings and software outputs to prepare accurate cutting paths and machine programs.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify dimensions and finish of laser-cut products, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
- Implement and follow strict safety procedures and compliance protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Use measurement tools effectively to check the accuracy and quality of cut parts during and after production.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to refine cutting techniques and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Utilize laser cutting and CNC programming software to optimize machine operations and increase productivity.
- Document process parameters, machine settings, and production logs accurately to support traceability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety and operational guidelines are respected.
