Responsibilities:
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes (Siemens 840D control system)
- Manufacturing seals and components made from elastomers and plastics
- Conducting in-process quality inspections and documenting manufactured products
- Responsibility for shift performance in terms of quality and productivity (output quantity)
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as a Cutting Machine Operator (CNC Machinist), Toolmaker, or Metal Technology Specialist with a focus on machining technology, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the operation and programming of CNC machines is desirable
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
- Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
- Reliability, commitment, problem-solving skills, and enjoyment in working with people and technology
- German language skills at a minimum B1 level
- Willingness to work in a three-shift operation system (3-shift model)
