About the Position

As a CNA at Trinity View, you will have the chance to positively impact our residents' lives while working in a supportive and caring environment.
Your Role
As a CNA, you will:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
- Support mobility needs, including safe repositioning and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications
To join our team, you’ll need:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Commitment to completing continuing education as required to maintain certification.
- Physical capacity to meet the demands of the position, including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents and team members effectively and compassionately.
