Complete Care at Barn Hill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Certified Nursing Assistant
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current NJ CNA certification
- Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
