About the role
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate care in private homes. Responsibilities include personal hygiene care, assistance with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, transfer assistance (Hoyer lift experience preferred), and observing/reporting condition changes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of senior care experience required
- Must be able to work one weekend day
- Active Florida CNA License or complete agency training
- Hoyer lift experience preferred
- Valid In-Person BLS/CPR Certification required
- Florida Level 2 background check with fingerprints
- Valid Florida driver's license & auto insurance
- Positive attitude & strong interpersonal skills
