Key Responsibilities
- ADL Support: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining while preserving their dignity.
- Clinical Partnership: Monitor vitals, track intake/output, and promptly report status changes.
- Mobility & Safety: Safely assist with transfers, positioning, and restorative exercises.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely digital charting.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA Certified Nursing Assistant registration in good standing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for electronic charting.
- Collaborative mindset; new grads welcome (excellent orientation provided)!
