- Drive achievement of premium, revenue, productivity and policy targets across mapped bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, RMs and key bank stakeholders to increase insurance penetration.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the FLS/RO/BSM team , including regular reviews, coaching and joint sales calls.
- Identify branchwise opportunities, strengthen lead generation, seller activation and conversion , and execute business strategies.
- Conduct product and sales training for bank staff and drive contests, RR and branch engagement.
